    Thank you all so much for your advise. I sure hate to ruin this CPU because I just bought with a no return policy from Target USA which I would not recommend buying anything from . No Documentation and lousy return policy. Thanks and all the best to you all! Randy

    Any one have any tips on getting pins straight on a Socket A Amd so the processor will go down in the socket? Just one corner or maybe even one pin is bent so it wont fit in there. thx Randy

    Wont recoginze IDE drives

    My MB power supply and video card got fried in a power outage and I have replaced them both only to find my AMD Slot A MB 750 mg will not recoginize any of my IDE drives now. I have reset the cmos, set the bios back to default and reseated the processor to no avail. Could my IDE controls be bad...
