Well, the phone rings 6 times now... so I guess my RCO 2 does the same as yours. Problem solved though. It rings enough times now and forwards properly. Thanks for the help!

I have an extension that only rings twice, which does not allow the person at the desk enough time to answer if they are busy before it forwards. What command(s) would be used to increase the number of rings to 5 or 6?

What command would I use to increase the number of rings? I need 4-5 rings. And what reason would the call be dropped and not be forwarded to the operator at ext. 8000?

Yes, 8000 is the forwadring number. The issue I'm having is that the extension 8489 does not ring long enough and when it finishes the 2 short rings, it hangs up on the caller without forwarding to the operator at 8000.
