Thanks, I did complete that step. I cannot get the data I enter into this tabbed form to be specific to the contact id in the main form. Lets say, I enter number of staff on one record the same number appears in that field for all records??? Probably something simple. Thanks

Please nooooooo...not a new form....LOL I have a subform on this form that works properly and command buttons on the form work, it is just the detail section of the form that I cannot enter data or make selections in drop downs.

I have not made any changes, and it is only one form as I have many forms in the database that all work properly.

Anybody have any input...I have tried everything I know to try.

Form depends on 5 tables, a select query and a subform.

Yes, but maybe this would help, the drop down drops, but I cannot make a selection, when I place cursor in fields, fields shade gray and I cannot type.

Yes, I exit the dbase, go back in and it still does not operate. All other forms are working properly.

What would cause a form to stop operating? I can't type in the fields or use drop down combos? Please help, thanks!
