Hi Everyone, I have read the documentation that Call forward is considered out of hunt group. Is there any functionality that would allow the call forward to function in the hunt group? I understand that the system considers a call answered when it is forwarded and that is fine. Thanks

Hi Everyone, New to avaya. I placed 3 extensions in a hunt group and now wanted to assign a button to do not disturb (DND) however when I attempt to do so by pressing feature 00 then feature 01 the phone states error. These are the avaya 6d phones the main phone 34d works fine. Thanks
