Micros 3700 not syncing
I know but the problem with Oracle is that they open the ticket and then they leave you hanging. Their tech support sucks so bad. You cannot even get a live person on the phone and I'm pretty sure the issue we have is fixable in house by someone walking us through. I'm just annoyed...sorry...- SusanWimberly

Micros 3700 not syncing
Hi Everyone, our micros 3700 is not syncing so I can't pull any data on the backend. When selecting business dates it won't allow to select anything past 5-25. If you try anyway it says data not available. We are a high volume restaurant and in desperate need of this information. Micros or now...- SusanWimberly
