Thanks for the info and I'll forget about the software. I guess my problem is a lack of documentation and I can't seem to find anything that helps me out. Here is all I really need to do... If a call is received after hours, the caller is told "I'm sorry we're closed. Press 1 to be transferred...- jaided

I have been asked to set up a used Electra Elite IPK (not IPK II) system and I'm having trouble as to where to start. I see that there is software (SAT) to link a laptop up to the unit via a serial port but I don't know where to find that software. I also am curious as to where you can get...- jaided
