3rd, 4rth. alt. call rerouting
Hi Daniel The maxium call reroute destinations is 2. you could try making the 2nd alternative a destination that also has a 1st and 2nd alternative but whenever I've tried this it hasn't worked. Not supported I guess. you can set call forward on phones so the call forwards up to 10 phones...- likeAbuddha

Hi We've got an MXe (MCD5 SP2 PR2) with 3 DASS circuits on NSUs. We've recently upgraded some old 5220s to 5320s for some ACD users.
