OK ! I had already the authentication enabled but if i understand for users to relay mail from remote offices on our corporate SMTP server, i need to know the IP range(s) of their ISP ?

I installed exchange 5.5 with SP4, my users using the server internally can receive & send mail anywhere on Internet, but those using Internet to get the e-mails can only send to recipients on the server but not outside of the domain. When i try to send mail from home...
I configured my PIX to accept PPTP connections from the outside (VPN Tunneling), i get authenticated by the PIX & i also get my IP address, but i can't ping any hosts inside the network.
Why ? What's wrong with my PIX's configuration ?
