Thanks guys for the quick response. Just before I left the office this afternoon, I finally managed to get through to our suppliers tech support department. Three minutes later, back into admin. I have recently started working with an Avaya dealer with a little problem. When his telephone tech quit to start his own company, he changed the Admin PW of the Merlin Magix and the Merlin Mail.
