    I had a DSS plugged into the 4412D+ a while ago, but not anymore. Currently, it's just the 4412D+. The 4424D+ does work on another line.

    I have a desk that has a functioning 4412D+. I want to switch it with a 4424D+, but when I do, I get no lights. Any ideas? Oh, and please, accept my sincerest of preemptive apologies for this question as it probably has (I'm hoping) and easy answer. Thanks, Steve(rrific)
