Yes, the green light is on but it has a slight flicker to it about the same time the LCD's flash. I'll try keeping it powered up longer as you suggested. Thanks. Greg.

Thanks hondacrusher and skip555 for your reply. I have tried both, with just the power cord and with the carrier + 206's. I haven't had the power on more than about 15 20 seconds. Just afraid to leave it powered up too long for more damage to set in. Thanks for any additional ideas. Greg
