    I set it to be answered by de AA and set the greeting table but it still rings on the receptions phone, is there something missing?

    hi, I'm trying to set up an automatic attendant on a BCM50e, I get in the element manager and configure it and recorded the greeting but when I dial in, the automatic attendant doesn't answer, it keeps ringing on the receptions desk. Is there something I'm missing?
