I have a Crystal report version 9 which is very simple and is about 40KB in size. When I insert the company logo as a picture, filesize typically 70KB, the Crystal Report size jumps to about 1200KB. Why the dramatic increase in size ?
How can I stop this and keep the .rpt file at a sensible size...

Here they are using Konica 420A4e multifunction printers. They have no specific label options when selecting printer or paper options from Crystal Reports. Any further suggestions ?
Thanks Madawc
Crystal Reports v9 and also XI.
Maybe 'template' is wrong descriptor, I'm talking about the label layout e.g. L5813, that is selected when creating a mailing label report. I don't see an option in v9 to select a different label layout e.g. L7163 when 'saving as'.
I have a working Crystal Report Mailing Label that uses a particular template. The user now wishes to change to a different Avery label format, outputting the same data.
Is there an easy method of changing the template without rewriting the complete Crystal Report ?

Is it possible ?
The user request is to review (the trends of) sickness over a period of many months, possibly as much as 2 or 3 years.
Absences (total lost working days) to be summed by department (250 approx) and reported weekly over the period. To put it another way we sum the absences of each individual in...
