    You are right! The file was being saved as a Word6.0/97 instead of 2000. We saved it as a 2000 and it saved the new formating. Thank you for your help.<br>

    We installed Office Suite 2000 Standard. Now one user cannot get Word to stop converting her bullets to numbers whenever she saves her documents. When she next opens her document theyk are numbers. We have checked the formating options and everything looks correct. Any ideas? Thank you in...
