    Unfortunately I have not had a chance to test this as we also happen to be in the middle of an office move but very much appreciate the suggestions and help. I will update the thread when I get a chance.

    DHCP. The phones are in two different physical locations but connect to the same mitel controller.

    They are not. However there are multiple extensions on both subnets that are working fine.

    I am having an issue where users "a" and "b" cannot call each other. Well they can call but there is no audio on pickup. User a can call anyone else on the system fine and can receive calls. Same with user b. It only seems to occur when they call each other - any suggestions? Phones 5224 / 5320
