    You are correct - IF we lived in a perfect world. I already made the change to the voice mail and to the after hours announments, I just could not find the directions for the mailboxes. I did find it. Feature 982 I think it was. Tim

    How do I move a mailbox - or reinitialize one?? We had 3 people move from one desk to another and I have renamed the phones, but how do I make the mailboxes go to the new phone owner? I think it would be simplest to just delete the three old mailboxes and let each person initialize the mailbox...
