Apache log file problems
Actually I just fixed it. THe problem was that when I cleared the log file ( by deleting it and saving it) I was choosing Save AS characters as unicode option ( instead of ANSI). THis is why I was having a problem with it. Thank you for your help though. I appreciate people like you that are...- arrigato

Thank you for your response YEs, I ve tried restarting Apache and restarting my PC but to no avail. Would you have a clue why it might be doing this?? Thanks- arrigato
