Can you give me a little more detailed step by step to use the overflow. I am not use to working on this system and it's a little hard to put all the options in the correct place. It's a little like being an expert on Win XP and working on Win for workgroups.
70 "890 891 892 893 894 895 896 897 898 899"
890 - 899 are defaults are they not?
Ok I took pool 70 from 770 and added it to 791.
Then in Exts group calling, overflow I put in 791 and it says enter cover overflow group number? What do I put in there?

Here is an all system report to look at.
Yes,
I have three POTS lines.
I have Pool 70 which is 801, 802 and 803.
30 is 10-16 (the exts)
770 is 18 and 19 (the VM ports)
right??
I changed it from X10 to 768, and it didnt seem to help. Maybe I changed it in the wrong place? Where is the settings at in MLM? MB 9997# , password , opt 9 password, etc..
Ok during the day a call comes in 1 of 3 POTS lines. X10 the OPr answers and then transfers the calls to the users (X11-16) or to there VM. If the OPr is out or at lunch we want the day AA1 to answer and direct the call. "press 1 for joe X11, 2 for jim X12, 3 for john X13" etc. Then transfer...
The only way VM works is if I use VMXfer and transfer directly to the users VM box. It rings a few times and then goes in.
If I transfer to the use (a call) it rings and then rings back to 10 (the transfer) or back to the AA (if it answers the call and is the transfer).
Make sense?
Well is not just X11, 11-16 are the same way so I don't think deleting the MB's will do the trick. I have removed it from the cover group and put it back several times, to no avail.
