Anyone? Could the problem be related to the fact that there is no phone hooked up to extension 4007? If needed I can punch down a POS phone in the wiring closet but I'm not sure if that's the problem.- machx0r

I'm not very familiar with our phone system and have been learning through experience. The system is a Norstar Modular R1T1 Trilingual (30nCG18 NAT). Needed to setup an extension that would ring to multiple phones so I selected an unused extension (4007) that is not connected to a phone. I then...- machx0r
