the line sounds like it is of the hook at the punch down block with a test set, and when you call the extension it will a. ring once and then go right to dial tone or b. ring once and go right to voicemail.- whatd1d1do

Sx2000 COS help
I have a Mitel SX2000 lite, and a superconsole 1000. I have one extension out of 52 not working, and the only thing that i can see is different is the COS for that one extension. How can I change it from the console?- whatd1d1do
