Oh dear! In that case I've messed up my programming - back to the drawing board... The tricky bit is when I reac the Destination Code programming sub-menu. I'll try again.

OK I struggled a bit but I think it is programmed correctly: ie a route 001 with dialout 141 and a destination code 9 pointing to 001
When I attempt to activate manually with F873 I am asked for a pwd but (and I've used every password on the book!) I receive "Denied at admin"...
Thanks everyone: 141 is the UK blocking code. Calling the operator to set it is a 24 carat bore and it takes them about a day to set it up... I've temporarily set up a 9P141 button on the handsets leaving the user to finish off the number - that is a bit clunky but it works... I'll have to...
Thanks to you both for your help. It seems we are stuck with remembering to dial 141 each time - I don't suppose that there is a way of programming that to happen automatically when you dial out - I could then program a feature button to stop it adding 141 to the dialled number when we are not...
Thanks v. much for your input. We use a standard BT ISDN two-channel package. But your idea regarding Terminal&Sets is interesting. I tried to drill down to that menu item but must have taken a wrong turn somewhere... Would it, I wonder, accept to show a 08709 number - I guess it will...
