Set Locked - Can not use Forward Feature
I've recently been thrown into phone support. The tech we usually use locked up our phones so certain features can't be used. I am using Flash with a Nortel Norstar System. I have looked completely through my set-up and opperations guide and can't find out how to unlock the set. I need to...- SAAT
