I had a problem running the 4610 SW on my IP small office. I downloaded the 3.0 version and when I performed the upgrade, the message "One or more sysytems failed to upgrade". Has anyone else encountered this and how can it be fixed? Thanks!

I have several I2021's in house right now and all of them have an audible humming sound through the handset. The humming sound will not come through the speaker. Has anyone else seen this and what can be done? Thanks!

It is a manufacturer defect on one of the two boards which can be a 617F34. Board CC# 700285737 has the defect. Board CC# 848369971 does not have this problem. The fix requires 4 ic changes, 15 resistors and a jumper.

I have an Avaya Small Ofiice system and use it as a test bay for IP phones. I have successfully tested the regular IP sets but I can not get the 4610 SW to boot up completely. Do I need a certain file or is there a certain programming procedure. I appreciate any and all help. THANKS!
