Thanks for the suggestions. Got it working with the menu service. I recorded a message that says please wait while your call is transfered, but now I get "transferring to attendant message" It works. Not exactly as eloquent as I would like it to be.

Is there any advantage to distributing heavy users over different modules? I have 4506 with 4 X WS4548 Right now all heavy users (servers) are on one particular module. Throughput is not that great. Wondering if spreading them out between the other modules would help.

I used IDC for DID translation. How do I remove an IDC entry? I can add then but cannot figure out how to remove an entry from the table. I have just been leaving them and re-assigning them when i need it.
