    Hi There! Thanks for your help! I cleared the criteria field in the query- I opened the query in design view, clicked on query and then parameters and entered Work Request # and it worked!!!!both the query & the report! Thanks a lot for your help!!!! jd

    I am sorry - well, when I run the report, a pop-up box comes up asking for the WR # and when I enter the #, the report comes out blank - am I supposed to have an "Event Procedure" or something for that field? - no clue what to do-
