    TLDuk, I found out they are using a PRI and one of the channels off it to connect to the modem. Do you have suggestions on the clocking settings? I will make sure all patches are applied since we are going to have to go onsite now because the modem won't work.

    BCM 50 Dial in using Element Manager drops

    I have a BCM50 and unfortunately have to use a dialin modem with Element Manager to manage it. I can get connected but the modem drops at different times. I can be connected for 2 minutes or 15 minutes and then get dropped. Any ideas? Is there a log that will give information I could check?
