    Hi, I just got it working by changing the "Hot desk login accept" to "Yes" in the class of service for the hot desk user... Can now login fine. Hope this helps jakt99? Cheers - Mark

    Hi, i'm having exact same issue with a teleworker set today. If I create a 'hotdesking' key on the 5330 T/W set (which is up and working) it comes back "not allowed". The Ip address of the 3300 is already in the icp/pbx assignment form. Any other ideas? Cheers - Mark
