Sorry. I just figured out that I got my sexes mixed up. Can I use a 9 pin male cable into a 9pin female adapter and then run the network cable to the admin port? Do I need a 25 pin connection?

Tom, I have a 940-0095A 9-pin Male to Female adapter and a 25 pin converter. Local store has a 9 pin male to rj-45 adapter in stock. Will this work or do I need specific cables? Doug
