TheLad, Jabus I found QO20824 (http://support.ca.com/Download/patches/asitnt/QO20824.html) myself yesterday and installed it on one (our email) server. It looks like it did the job. I still have to do 2 other servers. Thanks very much for your attention! Great site tek-tips!- hoostindjer

Several ARCServe jobs in "Stopping" status. Unable to change this. Stopping/starting ARCServe engines and rebooting servers makes no difference. Why do these jobs hang and ...how can I stop these jobs without having to recreate?- hoostindjer
