I have not tried to use another target but will give that a try.
The PRI lines (1 thru 23) are set with Prime to none as they should be. The target lines I have tried both none and a set as the prime.
The VM ports don't have CFNA set and I will check that they have no line appr or ring.

Yup, Tried a new greeting number 9 and assigned it to table 4 for all schedules and assigned line 182 to table 4. Same problem. When I set one of the Copper Lines to table 4, I get greeting 9 like I expected.
It is as if the target line number is not transfered to the VM but the PRI line...
If you noticed on my post it mentions that the TABLEs do use different greetings and that the Copper lines which are set to TABLE 2 and TABLE 3 do have the right greeting.
If I set Line 1 to TABLE 2 the greeting changes. If I set Line 182 to TABLE 2 it still uses the greeting from Line 1...
This may help, I have just found out that the TABLE it is using is from Line 1. I have made sure that lines 1 to Line 23 are set to ANS N. Only Line 182 is set to ANS Y.
For Line 1, with ANS set to N, and TABLE set to 1, and Line 182 ANS set to Y and TABLE set to 2, I here the TABLE 1...
We have ICS 4.1 and VM 4.04 using a PRI and LS Copper Lines.
When we set the AA to table 1 for a PRI line,
AA to table 2 for a different PRI line, and
AA to table 3 for a Copper line,
All the PRI lines are answered by table 1. The Copper line is answered by table 3 like it should.
