    First test, connect through a hub and try to ping the iP you set the voicemail to. Let us know. If you can't ping it, solve that problem first. Thanks -- My theory was to avoid going through the hub to ensure that the network wasn't the problem. How do I ping the IP?

    I do have a password in #730, but it does not work when I try to access through intercom 77 (I get "invalid password" message.) Also, I have checked the system password through the RS-232 route and also cannot access through the PC admin software. Thoughts?

    In trying to connect to my VM system by a direct dial to Ext 76, I changed my fax extension to an intercom only extension (I think it was #730, then **). How co I change it back to a regular extension again? Thanks!
