Enhanced Call Center Error
I have a call pilot release 31.10.14.22. I have installed the ECC with no problems. By the way only 10 active agents with the new ECC. I am trying to install the reporting for call center package. It is giving me an error stating that "this feature requires call center to be enabled". I have...- sarmy

I have been having issues with this setup(Mics 5.0xc/Nam4.0)on a pri with the voicemail grabbing or interrupting calls and recording these calls into various mailboxes. Not a good thing. There is a co-resident Cinphony on the nam. The Cinphony was ugraded and so was the Mics to expand it. Any...- sarmy
