    Arcserve 6.61 using Backup Operator Account

    Our Backup Server has stopped working when we changed the Windows Login from Administrator to Backup Opeator. It prompted errors such as No Access Rights. I thought I read somewhere that Backup Operator accounts can be used in ArcServe - or am I wrong? Please help. Regards, Alan.

    I have performed DR on all the servers in the company. THe backup is centralised on one server. My last task is to do a DR on the ArcServe 2000 server which is connected to a tape drive. Can anyone give me any advice on how to do this? Many Thanks.

    Disaster Recovery Option - What is Full Backup?

    I have a huge Notes Server and would like to install the Disaster Recovery Option for it. However I would like to exclude the mail subfolder. The documentation says that a full backup must be performed so that ArcServe recognises the Server. Is there anyway around this? I am waiting for a reply...
