ok, i came up with a solution, we are using a barracuda firewall for incoming spam, spoke with barracuda and i can forward all outgoing mail to the barracuda, which will log all mail and problem solved. Where do I go to forward all outgoing mail in exchange?

Here is my question, the owners mailbox needs to have a custom message returned to the sender when it receives mail, an example would be " Mrs. Jones is no longer receiving mail, please email Mr. Jones" , How would i do this? Is there a way to disble the mailbox without disabling the user?
