Micros computer on SAR Mode - GSS not connected?
Thank you. I am not sure what you mean to re-run CAL? I go to the workstation and reboot, then when windows comes up and before 3700 starts....what program do I want to run from the "Start"? I really appreciate your help.- marnejohnson

Micros computer on SAR Mode - GSS not connected?
Thank you, my control panel shows all workstations active. How do I check if it is a network issue or if the computers are pointing to the wrong server/IP? We do not have this systsem on the internet....the only recent change was to remove an inside/out network driver for USB....could this the...- marnejohnson

Micros computer on SAR Mode - GSS not connected?
I have a 4 station system. On two of the stations I am able to redeem and sell gift cards. On the other two I can't. When I boot the machine it comes up with something about GSS database not connected and than asks to enter SAR Mode. I say yes and everything works expect the gift cards. How...- marnejohnson
