Belevedere, Thanks for the reply. We are not using inmail but the UM8000. You did get me to look into voicemail integration though and 45-01-06 Record Alert Tone Interval had 30 seconds in there. Hola everyone, Quick question. We have a new install with a SV9100 and UM8000 voicemail. We have many phones setup with a call recording button (setup as 78 IN-SKIN CONVERSATION RECORDING) that when pushed will record the conversation to voicemail.
