Ok the problem is that the UC3 seems doesn't have the sw compatibility with this model of phones. The model of phones is DT820 ITY-6D-1P(BK) Can you tell me how to do? Thanks- CEALPI_AO

Hi everyone. We purchased 40 NEC IP phones and we need to connect them to a 3C system but this does not have the necessary firmware to manage them. Is it possible to use them as normal SIP phones by doing a firmware dowgrade? Thank you- CEALPI_AO
