I enjoy using WinSPM (especially) for labeling, the ease of viewing the restriction lists, and the inventory reports. I suppose it's just a shame that the cards "work, but don't work." Any other cards I can add to this system for a few extra TTRs that won't interfere with WinSPM?

My understanding is that the "9" (ARS Access Code) should trigger using the ARS tables. At least, that's what the WinSPM documentation states.
