Avaya IP Office 9.0 installed 4 years ago. 24 extensions. A couple of months ago, started with intermittent clipping and one way audio on about 2% of the calls, incoming and outgoing. 8 channel PRI with fiber to the building, 15K call volume/month. Carrier has replaced all their onsite...
Still trying to resolve this issue.
I have a separate DID for each phone. All incoming calls, internal or external are fine. Outgoing internal calls are fine. I believe it is my short code on the extension. I am using

It now seizes a PRI channel...
I have 3 B179 SIP sets. All can make and receive internal calls. I can direct a DID to the Extension and receive outside calls, however, I cannot make a outside call from the sets. In monitor it shows waiting for line. Service is a PRI. All is good on all the other 1616 phones

I set up a new call flow called "Test", same as the CVMA1 above under short code heading.
Set up a new short code in manager *95, voicemail node, Test
Dial *95 from extension, get standard mailbox setup greeting although a custom announcement is set up under the short code "Test
