AS2k Agent: Startup troubles, "failed to get agent edition"
No problem there, the backup server is running Advanced Edition. The sole problem is that the backup agent refuses to start its service. Thanks for your response.- ftempel

AS2k Agent: Startup troubles, "failed to get agent edition"
I seem to run into some problems with trying to use the Arcserve Agent for windows NT/2000. I tried reinstalling several times, but it keeps spitting out "failed to get agent edition RC=2" in the log file when I try to start the service, and the service dies. My last resort will be to...- ftempel
