Corrupt database, can't compact for some reason

error insufficient memory nsf
This error occurs when the NSF Pool reaches its 32 MB limit. The issue appears to simply be a usage issue. Rebooting the server temporarily clears the error because the size of the pool is reset. Over time, however, the NSF Pool continues to grow, eventually reaching its 32 MB ceiling. -
unexpected tcp error.
I know of the unknown TCp/IP host and it's fix, but have never heard of unexpected TCP error, any clues?
