    I set the prime set and it seemed to still go to the hunt group now, ill keep that there just in case. Thanks! This was the strangest month. Our ups malfunctioned twice frying 2 nortel PSU's =(

    We finally figured it out, receive number was supposed to be 3 digits instead of 4. =/ ugh

    The problem is if we have the prime set to none then all a caller gets is a busy signal even if it is assigned (157) to a hunt group (in this case HG01 / 739)

    Also if we set a phone with a certain line it still rings the prime set (i.e trying to configure a DID#)
