no, i cant boot passed the win 2000 screen, none of the options in F8 list make a difference, the hard drive has been fomatted and win 2000 installed from scratch before i put it in.- laddo

Hard drive fails
I have recently combined the best components from 2 old pc's, at the point when i switched the finished pc on the hard drive crashed when loading windows. It has windows 2000 on it and loaded as far as the windows 2000 main screen, then crashed to a blue screen telling me an error had occured...- laddo
