How do i recover My Docs from old install of XP???
Sorry, forgot to mention: I have set up my new XP with the same passwords and accounts and am logged in as administrator. No Effect I have tried using the XPpro recovery tools on the bootCD to reformat the MBR. No Effect The old HDD will not boot as a master but can be read and otherwise...- Phantom123

WD400EB drive not spinning - DOA?
Having had problems with 3 WD400EB drives i would recommend you return it to your vendor and get a Maxtor or Seagate drive. I no longer sell Western Digital due to so many problems with loose platters/heads and boot sector problems.- Phantom123
