I really appreciate your input on this one. I think this is going to be useful for me. But we use Unix Shell Scripts to load our tables and now I have to figure out how this piece is going to fit into the puzzle.

I played with for sometime and I was able do it. I've selected the "View On Demand" at the folder level, but at the individual Report level I had only these Rights explicitly granted.
View Objects
View Document Instances

Most of our reports are scheduled and we are asking our users to Click on 'View Latest Instance', but some users are mistakenly clicking on 'View' and it kicks of the report and putting a lot of burden on the Server. Sometimes it even brings down the entire database.
