Thanks gberger. I was trying to avoid the uninstall reinstall but that definitely fixed the problem. I guess I was luckier than aptreo, mine is a bcm 400 so no problem locating software and manuals again.

I've seen propaganda stating that a contact center supervisor can record agent calls on the BCM400 (v4.0). So far I haven't been able to locate any documentation or guidance on how to accomplish this. Has anyone implemented this feature and if so can you offer some guidance. Thanks.
