I haven't had any other responses. I have been able to install both the green Lucent/Avaya backup card and Centennial FL01M-20 flash card under XP and have the system recognize it. I do have a card that has a green label saying "PARTNER ACS Backup/Restore PC Card" along with "Copyright (C) 1996 Lucent Technologies, Inc.". No part number on the card or any indication it had firmware on it like the 12G1 does. Is this the card you are referring too? If so, what do I need...- Zzznorch
