    Sounds like your 7940 and 7960 have been previously converted to SIP phones and are requesting SIP firmware files from the TFTP server. CallManager doesn't normally have those files in the TFTP directory, and that is why you are having issues. You will have to convert them back to SCCP (Skinny)...
