    Just to have more information - yes its the viewer "ActiveX Viwer" that gives me teh window when i do print reports. So the Service is stops on its own - it will not stay Started (connected) when i press the start button in services. thanks

    yes. you are right the CE Service has stopped. If i click start it will stop after 3-4 seconds no it own. on and off it would not stay connected (started) the service.
