crazy Outlook Express
My hard drive starts making crazy noises about a minute or so after I open Outlook Express. It just makes the noises without me doing anything at all (it's not downloading or receiving when it does this). The noises can last anywhere from 5 seconds to a minute. any ideas?- kotele

windows start up problems
how do I keep MSMSGS from putting itself back into the Start Up Group items when Windows loads? My computer starts in safe mode when MSMSGS is included in Start Up Group Items. I keep unchecking it in msconfig,and then can restart and the computer comes on normally but, as soon as I open Outlook...- kotele

Excel.exe invalid page fault
every time I work in Excel I receive this message: EXCEL caused an invalid page fault in module EXCEL.EXE at 0167:3006de1b. I can be doing ANYTHING when this happens. If anyone could suggest a fix I would be soooo grateful as the project I'm working on has a deadline....4 days from now.- kotele

Can't shut off sound
Outlook Express has started making the Windows "ta da" sound whenever I open and shut it. I have done all standard troubleshooting in Windows and Outlook and even set computer to "no sounds" at all. Has anyone ever encountered such a problem?- kotele
